Simmons Foods recently launched the mySimmons mobile app, specifically designed for Simmons team members and their communities. Built in partnership with Arkansas-based digital product development agency RevUnit, the app includes an employee-focused communication portal along with a public-facing store featuring apparel items celebrating the communities where Simmons operates.
“We created the mySimmons App to better connect and inform our team members no matter where they are or how they work,” said Russell Tooley, Simmons Chief Administrative Officer. “This is a significant step for our team in our thinking about how we engage the today’s workforce and the next generation of talent at Simmons.”
The Simmons Employee Portal is available in both English and Spanish and features news and updates specific to each Simmons location, a directory of team members, personalized greetings, notifications and alerts, and pulse surveys providing feedback to the company.
The public-facing Community Store is open to the public, where anyone can shop Simmons apparel and merchandise designed to celebrate Simmons’ communities.
