Euro-toques Ireland, an organization of chefs committed to quality food sourcing, will focus on the rearing, slaughter and consumption of pigs during its National Food Forum Fair in September, according to a news report.

The forum is being promoted as a family event that takes “a serious look at how we treat and eat pigs, and is a celebration of the pig as a fantastic food animal.”
