Kiotech has urged shareholders to approve its merger with Optivite, according to a news report.
If the merger is approved at the September 30 shareholder meeting, it will be finalized. Both brands along with their respective teams will be retained in the market after the merger, said Richard Edwards, Kiotech’s CEO.
Kiotech is a UK-based international supplier of natural feed additives to agriculture and aquaculture sectors, and Optivite is one of the country’s largest independent animal nutrition and feed additive businesses.
