National Pasteurized Eggs has commissioned a new plant in Flandreau, S.D. 

Output is projected to be 1,820 cases per day, representing the production of approximately 850,000 hens. 

Eggs will be supplied by Dakota Layers, a cooperative comprising 120 farm families.
