Egg Farmers of Canada earned a score of 90% in a recent staff engagement survey, positioning them in the top quartile when benchmarked against industry standards. The engagement survey confirmed the vast majority of their staff are proud to tell others they work for Egg Farmers of Canada. Among other findings, top drivers of employee engagement include a clear vision communicated across the organization, and opportunities for professional growth and performance feedback. The survey results also revealed a strong sense of team spirit at Egg Farmers of Canada and high degree of collaboration.

Egg Farmers of Canada represents more than 1,000 egg farmers and farm families who deliver fresh, local and high-quality eggs to Canadians every day. The Canadian egg farming industry has grown by nearly 30% over the past decade, with the retail sales of table eggs increasing by 6% last year alone. The organization has a long history of supporting national causes and engaging their team in programs that giving back and support the community.
Earlier this month, Egg Farmers of Canada was named as one of Canada's Top Employer for Young People, and they have been named as Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone Human Capital since 2014.
