Engel promoted to Chore-Time Europe operations director

Herman Engel has been promoted to Operations Director for Chore-Time Europe, according to Jeff Miller, Vice President and General Manager for CTB, Inc.’s Chore-Time Group business unit.

Herman Engel has been promoted to Operations Director for Chore-Time Europe, according to Jeff Miller, Vice President and General Manager for CTB, Inc.’s Chore-Time Group business unit. In his new position, Engel will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and standardizing processes to create optimal quality, service and enhanced efficiencies within the business group’s three locations in The Netherlands and warehouse in Strykowo, Poland. He will also coordinate between the European Sales Director and Chore-Time Milford operations to ensure global best practices and customer goals are achieved.

Engel joined Chore-Time Europe as Controller in October, 2017, after Chore-Time’s acquisition of Volito in 2016. Prior to his employment with Chore-Time Europe, Engel gained approximately 20 years of experience in various administrative and financial roles in the composites and aerospace industries.

Engel has studied technical business administration at Technische Hogeschool Rijswijk in Rijswijk, The Netherlands, and business economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He has also achieved the title of Qualified Controller through NIVE Opleidingen’s HOFAM program.
