Mexico’s poultry industry grows facing uncertainty
Mexican poultry producers are optimistic, but they worry about changes coming from the country’s new government, as well as foreign trade and regulations.
The Mexican National Poultry Producers Association estimates the country’s poultry industry will grow in 2019. Its broiler market is expected to grow by 3% and its egg market will grow by 2.5%.
