Lohmann Animal Health is continuing a major expansion to include a biological production center at its Winslow, Maine, headquarters. This is a three-year, $8.8 million expansion project slated to open early next summer.
The 12,500-square-foot building will expand production capabilities for bacterial vaccines by at least five times current capacity. The new space also allows for some automation in the production process.
