With the October 2018 acquisition of Ozark Mountain Poultry/OMP Foods, which was ranked No. 21 on WATT PoultryUSA’s Top Poultry Companies list based on 2017 production, George’s significantly increased its production totals in 2018. The company produced nearly 30 percent more poultry with an average weekly broiler slaughter of 29.32 million pounds weekly, putting it at ninth on the list.

The company serves consumers with antibiotic-free and non-GMO chicken products, as well as servicing the retail and foodservice channels.
