The 17th European Symposium on Poultry Nutrition, sponsored by Aviagen, attracted more than 500 nutritionists and nutritional scientists to Scotland in August.

Topics discussed included the effects of amino acids on broiler growth rate and male turkeys. Marc de Beer and Leonardo Linares presented papers on these subjects, respectively, and are both from Aviagen’s Global Nutrition Team.
