Brian Esters, Cave Springs, Ark., is the newest member of the BioZyme Inc. team. In his role as Poultry Business Development and Sales, he will build and further develop existing relationships with end-users in the poultry industry and educate them and market BioZyme products to that specific business segment.

Esters brings 19 years of experience in all facets in the poultry industry from running feed mills to managing all phases of live production. He most recently worked at George’s and prior to that, gained valuable experiences at Tyson, OK Foods and Pilgrim’s Pride.

“We are extremely excited to have Brian as part of the BioZyme team,” said Alan Lee, Director of Domestic Business Development. “Brian is an industry expert and proven leader who knows all angles of the poultry industry.  As we continue to grow, his insight and hands-on expertise will help us take advantage of all opportunities ahead of us.”

Esters will leverage his existing relationships within the poultry segment to promote the advantages of BioZyme’s natural, precision-based prebiotics Amaferm and AO-Biotics and the supplements that contain the prebiotics to boost nutrient and water intake and absorption while keeping the birds healthy.

“Relationships come first, and I hope to build on some relationships I already have with industry personnel so I can sell our products down the road. The best thing about the BioZyme products are they are backed by science, not speculation. That’s pretty neat,” Esters said.

Esters was raised on his family’s poultry and cattle farm in southern Arkansas. He earned a degree in Poultry Science from the University of Arkansas. He enjoys spending time with family, which includes his wife and three children, being outdoors and bicycle trail riding.
