Karen Prior joins Kiotech from Town Centre Securities where she was finance director and company secretary. Prior to that, she was CFO of the Dutch real estate group Q-Park UK.

In August 2009, Kiotech announced its interim results with sales up 30% and also the acquisition of Optivite, an animal nutrition and feed additive businesses in the United Kingdom.
