Ukraine tightens borders given swine disease

Country attempts to stop import of animals, meat from Russia

Security is being tightened along the Ukraine border due to the African swine plague linked to a Russian outbreak of disease, according to reports.

Officials are controlling transportation facilities, including railway traffic. They intend to block traffic of meat and wild animals.
