USPOULTRY is introducing a new training module titled, “Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation Prevention.” The training is available through USPOULTRY’s Learning Management System (LMS), which is free for USPOULTRY members.
Organizations must be committed to providing a work environment in which all individuals must be treated with respect and dignity. Every employee has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunity and discourages discrimination, harassment and retaliation. This training module will help employees recognize discrimination, harassment and retaliation and will address the issues appropriately.
