COVID-19 is bringing unprecedented challenges to the chicken market.

In a video interview with WATT PoultryUSA, Mark Jordan, executive director of LEAP Market Analytics, shared his assessment of the evolving situation surrounding the outbreak of the viral illness. While the supply chain is not likely to be frozen by the disease, it is already creating staffing challenges and nearly completely shut down demand for foodservice chicken meat.
