WATT Global Media adds staff to support poultry editorial content and event development

WATT Global Media announces the addition of two members to its editorial and events staff.

WATT Global Media announces the addition of two staff members, including Elizabeth Doughman and Courtney Allen. The company continues to build resources for client-focused solutions, including digital media and events, for the agrifood and pet food industries.

Elizabeth Doughman joined WATT Global Media as Managing Editor. Doughman is responsible for producing content for the Poultry Future newsletter and WATTAgnet.com. She also assists with planning for the Chicken Marketing Summit and Poultry Tech Summit events.

Previously, Doughman was the Editor in Chief of Laboratory Equipment Magazine for Advantage Business Marketing (formerly Vicon Publishing). Doughman holds a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Kentucky. She also holds an M.A. in Journalism from Northeastern University. In addition, Courtney Allen joined WATT Global Media in the position of Event Operations Manager. Allen is responsible for operational delivery of the company’s schedule of annual exhibitions, smaller events and conferences in the U.S. and international. This includes pet food and agrifood events.

With over 20 years of event experience, Allen previously worked for Global CIF and Urban Expositions in trade show and event operation management positions. Allen resides in Georgia and can be reached at [email protected].
