COVID-19 will continue to shape the future of demand for poultry and other animal proteins.

In a WATT Poultry Chat interview, Christine McCracken, executive director for animal protein at RaboBank's RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness Division, said the global pandemic is creating volatility and uncertainty in the third quarter of 2020 and beyond. 

There is some reason for optimism, but there is still plenty of risk on the horizon as global economies cope with the virus.
