Safe Foods Corporation announced that Blake Broadaway has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately. Broadaway has been with Safe Foods since 2018, most recently as the company's Director of Sales, North America. Prior to joining Safe Foods, Broadaway held several sales leadership positions in the medical industry in which he was responsible for coaching sales teams and launching market-leading technologies.
"Blake's experience capitalizing on market opportunities and leading teams to accomplish their goals is a tremendous asset for us as we continue expanding into new food verticals, entering new countries, and launching new products and services," said Chris Coleman, CEO of Safe Foods. Broadaway will be responsible for the sales, customer service, technical consulting, business development, and marketing efforts of Safe Foods Corporation. In addition to his new role, Broadaway will serve on the company's Enterprise Strategy Leadership Team.
The promotion of Blake Broadaway to CCO comes as Safe Foods continues its growth as a global food safety company. Founded in 1999, Safe Foods serves food processors in eleven countries, protecting over 250 million servings of food every day. The company recently opened its new headquarters in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
