The amount of chicken meat in cold storage is remaining stable while the pandemic shakes up the world's economy. 

In a WATT Poultry Chat interview, Dr. Thomas Elam, president of FarmEcon LLC, said production interruptions and shifts in demand aren't causing a build up or a deficit of meat in cold storage. To him, this signifies the industry and its partners in foodservice and retail are doing a good job of providing the right product for the consumer at the right price.
