Innovatec Hatchery Automation adds Patrick O’Haver to its management team

Innovatec adds Patrick O’Haver to its management team.

Innovatec, world’s most innovative supplier of hatchery automation and equipment, is pleased to announce and welcome Patrick O’Haver to its management team, as Director of Sales for North America.

Mr. O’Haver will be responsible for spearheading and managing the launch of Innovatec products and services into both the US and Canadian markets. He will oversee existing client relationships, develop cutting-edge solutions for our new customers, all aligned to further improve their operations, process efficiencies, and product quality.

Patrick, who now lives in Atlanta, has a strong technical background in both egg-handling equipment, as well as in-ovo technology and vaccine delivery processes. Over the last few years, he was involved in the protein rendering business, focused on the meat industries, specifically the poultry sector in the United States.  Prior to that time, he spent years expanding the footprint of egg-handling technology within breeder complexes across North America and introducing new competition and choice with the in-ovo sector for the poultry industry.

Commenting on his appointment, Patrick said: “I am certainly excited to be joining Innovatec Hatchery Automation. This company is well known and highly respected as the innovative leader in hatchery machines and systems across the world. I have followed its development with great interest for some time. When the opportunity to come on board presented itself, at a time when significant investments in R&D and expansion were well on there way, I was compelled to join the effort. I am looking forward to contributing to Innovatec’s ambitious growth and further develop solid relationships with our EW Group of sister companies.”

“The US and Canadian markets will continue to invest in modernizing of existing hatcheries and building new greenfield sites. A large section of hatchery automation equipment currently installed does not meet current requirements, because it is either aged or unable to meet process demands. Therefore, Innovatec expects a growing demand in the coming years, especially for our coveted designs and innovation.”

“From Innovatec’s new base in the USA, our clients can count on being served professionally. Responsive and timely communications and well thought out solutions are what we stand for. Innovatec will always be there to support our valued customers, from the start of the purchase process, to the end of the equipment’s lifetime”, according O’Haver.

Innovatec Sales & Marketing Director Henk Struving said on Patrick’s appointment: "Patrick’s background and experience fits very well with our recruitment policy of selecting people who add value to our customer relationships. As an American, he understands our business and brings an excellent level of knowledge that will enable him to work closely with our customers. A great advantage in our complex business”. We wish him a lot of success in his new role and look forward to continuing expansion in this rapidly growing market.
