Chr. Hansen reports revenue increase

Chr. Hansen reported a revenue increase of 10% last year with earnings reaching 30.3%.

In the financial year 2008-2009, the company had revenues of EUR511 million, representing an increase of 7.2% compared to the previous year. While the exchange rates developed negatively, the company said that in Hoersholm, Denmark, it increased its sales in local currencies by 10% on the more than 140 markets where its bioscience products are sold.
