While the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) will not be hosting an in-person event in 2021, IPPE will continue to support the poultry, egg, meat and feed industries through its online IPPE Marketplace that will be available during IPPE’s originally scheduled dates, Jan. 25-29, 2021, and beyond.

IPPE Marketplace invites a worldwide audience of 30,000-plus participants to engage with more than 1,000 exhibitors showcasing their latest technology and innovations; participate in live and on-demand, free and paid education programs, including exhibitor technical presentations (TECHTalks); view innovative products through the Innovation Station/New Product Showcase; and access industry trade publications. Attendees will be able to directly connect with exhibitors and match their interests by product categories, express interest in specific exhibitors, engage with exhibitors' social media platforms and send direct inquiry emails.

The IPPE community of exhibitors and attendees represents the best marketplace for products and information in the poultry, egg, meat and feed industries.

Throughout the week, IPPE Marketplace will host live and on-demand, free and paid education programs. Paid education programs offered through IPPE Marketplace include the annual International Poultry Scientific Forum, which will be broadcast live; the Pet Food Conference, which will be live with some pre-recorded speakers; and the International Rendering Symposium 2021, which will offer pre-recorded presentations and a live Q&A. Free education programs will be pre-recorded and offer a live Q&A, and include the Latin American Poultry Summit, Market Intelligence Forum and the Feed Production Education Program. Free, on-demand education programs will be available through the IPPE Marketplace starting Jan. 25, 2021, and include Family Business Focus Steadfast Leadership in Constant Change, Analyzing and Responding to FSIS Regulatory Actions, The Role of Risk Assessments in Addressing Foreign Material and The ABCs of Animal Handling. IPPE Marketplace will also offer access to view on-demand exhibitor presentations on innovations in the TECHTalks portal.

Young leadership engagement and student recruitment will also be offered through IPPE’s Linked In With Tomorrow’s Leaders program, which will include participation in a LinkedIn group and online meet-ups with key industry leaders involved in the production and processing of poultry and meat or the production of animal or poultry feed, and the USPOULTRY College Student Career Program, where hundreds of students will have an opportunity to interview for jobs and internships within the poultry and egg industry.

Attendee participation in IPPE Marketplace is free. IPPE Marketplace will open on Monday, Jan. 25, and will remain active through the end of February. IPPE and the IPPE Marketplace are sponsored by the American Feed Industry Association, North American Meat Institute and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association. For more information about IPPE Marketplace, visit the IPPE website, www.ippexpo.org.
