Polina Burko joined the staff of the National Chicken Council (NCC) as director of meetings and member services. In this role, she will oversee all of the council’s meetings and events and serve as a liaison between the council and membership.

A native of Zlatoust, Russia, Burko has 10 years of experience in the United States in the hospitality industry, with a concentration in events planning and management, contract negotiations, cost management, accounting, and food and beverage coordination.

“I am excited to welcome Polina to the NCC team and look forward to when our members can meet her at our next event,” said NCC President Mike Brown. “Her experience with event planning and coordination will no doubt help continue the quality of NCC’s meetings and events, both virtually and in-person, hopefully sooner rather than later.”

Burko is a graduate of Ural State University in Russia with a bachelor’s degree in International Economics. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Business Administration.
