Jackson added, “We are excited to have Joel aboard as we continue to strengthen our teams and position our business for strong performance in 2021.”

Simmons Foods, according to the WATTPoultry.com Top Companies Database, is the 17th largest poultry company in the United States, having processed 13.97 million pounds of ready-to-cook poultry on a weekly basis.
