The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is a prime opportunity for agrifood companies to showcase and launch new products. Here’s a look at just some of the products showcased at this year's show.

Cobb says its new Flock Management app is the latest technology designed to help customers achieve ​more yield, better feed conversion and healthy flocks​. The app allows customers to track production and manage Cobb flocks across farms, houses and pens right from their mobile devices. All app users can access Cobb expertise through the app with readily available resources like broiler breederguides, videos, technical articles and more.

Nova-Tech Engineering Hatchling Support System 

Nova-Tech Engineering’s Hatchling Support System is a fully customizable platform that adapts to the hatchery’s needs. It combines Nova-Tech’s patented Infrared Beak Treatment, as well as the newest technologies including the patent-pending Cradle and patented Roller Injection System. Lubing Systems L.P. breeder conveyor system

Lubing Breeder Conveyors offer a safe ride for  eggs from nest to packer, the company says. Features include custom configurations, with system specifications available in 14- and 20-inch widths. Lubing says its system eliminates the the manual labor of egg collection and reduces egg damage. Components ship completely preassembled for a quick installation. Accessories include egg transfers, guide units and egg diverters.

Quality Technology International Q-Biotic

Quality Technology International's  (QTI) Q-Biotic was designed using the company's research and testing lab. The new line of products consist of direct-fed microbial strains alone or in combination. Bacteria strains were selected for their ability to improve animal health, performance and food safety, according to the company. QTI says it also offers combinations of the prebiotic product with the Q-Biotic bacteria strains: BacPack Q1+1 and BacPack Q3+1. 

 

PMI Supplant phytogenic feed additive

PMI introduces Supplant phytogenics – the next-generation of phytogenic feed additives for poultry and livestock, according to the company. Supplant phytogenics harness plants’ ability to prompt specific physiological responses in the animal. To ensure stability and efficacy, Supplant D is encapsulated to help maintain the integrity of the intricate phytogenic compounds throughout processing, storage and digestion.
