Nominations are being sought for the Maurice Stein Fellowship Award.

This award of $1,000 is given to a graduate student whose training and research in applied poultry sciences may lead to improvements in efficiency and profitability of the egg industry. Priority is given to candidates whose research has the potential to have a positive financial impact on the egg industry.

The fellowship is open to applicants of any nationality who study and/or conduct research in an academic or governmental institute in the United States, Canada, or Mexico. Full- or part-time graduate students majoring in a poultry science area in a formally approved graduate program of study at an animal or poultry science department are eligible to receive the fellowship for training or research.

Nominations close at 11:59 p.m. CST on March 1, 2021.
