Vietnam records new wave of avian flu outbreaks in poultry
Vietnam’s veterinary authority has retrospectively registered 40 outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in poultry flocks that occurred earlier this year. Elsewhere in Asia, only Taiwan has reported recent cases of the disease in poultry.
