Rectory Foods, based in the UK, has launched the Hot Chicken line of frozen and fully cooked poultry. The product features whole muscle, coated products targeted at the price-conscious consumer.
The company offers “southern fried” and “hot and spicy” coatings on boneless breast fillets, goujons, bites, nuggets, dippers and wings.
