Cal-Maine approves investment in egg product manufacturer

Dolph Baker believes the new venture will play a critical role in meeting the increased specialty and cage-free egg product demand.

On October 4, Cal-Maine’s Board of Directors confirmed an $18.5 million investment that will target and create high value commercial product solutions.
