Aviagen cares about the sustainability of the global industry, and investing in the education of future poultry professionals is key to its long-term success. Putting a commitment to the industry and education into practice, Aviagen North America recently pledged financial support for the Auburn University Charles C. Miller Jr. Poultry Research and Education Center.

The amount will be contributed in equal yearly installments spread over five years, earmarked mainly for:

  • Financial assistance for the ongoing operation of the Miller Center as a premier poultry education center
  • Endowed Professorship to recognize and support the highly qualified professors who will educate the next generation of poultry specialists
  • Fellowship awarded annually to an incoming or existing Auburn University graduate student to help prepare them for a lifetime of success in their careers and their contribution to the industry
