The Poultry Science Association (PSA) is now welcoming nominations for a variety of prestigious awards to be recognized at the 2022 PSA annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas, next July. The annual PSA awards recognize outstanding work and achievements in the field of poultry science as well as opportunities for recognition in one’s poultry science career.
Nominations will be accepted now through March 1, 2022, at 11:59 PM CST. Award recipients will be selected and announced prior to the 2022 annual meeting. Awardees will then be recognized and presented their award materials during the awards ceremony portion of the annual meeting on Thursday, July 14, 2022.
Awards specific to the 2022 awards cycle include: American Poultry Historical Society award, National Turkey Federation Research award, Poultry Welfare Research award, and PSA Early Achievement awards for research and for teaching. The awards specific to 2022 as well as many of the other awards include a plaque and monetary award.
