American Egg Board Names Bradd Bosely Director of Egg Innovation

The American Egg Board recently named Bradd Bosely Director of Egg Innovation. Reporting directly to AEB’s Vice President, Insights and Innovation, Bosely will lead the execution of AEB’s innovation plan, including developing the egg innovation pipeline, building strategic relationships, executing innovation projects, establishing a technical research program and continuing to build the organizational structure and capabilities that allow AEB to spearhead innovation for the industry.

Bosely joins the AEB with more than 15 years of experience in food innovation and product development, with the privilege of creating food programs, both domestically and internationally, for private and Fortune 500 companies.

Bosely comes to AEB from 7-11 Convenience Stores & Speedway where he served as Director, Concept and Innovation. Previously Bosely worked across several channels within the food industry including at Meijer as the Head of Product Development and Internal Manufacturing as well as on-site at McDonald’s while at Givaudan Flavor’s. 

Celebrating a true farm-to-fork mindset, Bosely holds a Culinary R&D degree from Johnson & Wales (Providence, RI), and also has deep agriculture roots; he was raised on his family’s farm in Michigan where they have farmed for over 200 years.
