Kevin Jackson has been appointed to be egg producer Hillandale Farms’ new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the egg producer’s CEO, Jackson will lead the company through further strategic evolution and report to Hillandale’s Board of Advisors, according to the announcement made on July 28, 2022.

His demonstrated abilities in leading a distributed organization and aligning different teams is important, together with his capabilities in leading a people-focused organization and developing high potential employees.”
Before joining Hillandale Farms, Jackson was President, Snacking & Beverages Division and Chief Commercial Officer at food and beverage company TreeHouse Foods.
Additionally, he devoted 18 years to packaged goods company J.M. Smucker in multiple roles including Senior Vice President of U.S. Retail Sales and North American Away-From-Home Division, Vice President of Marketing in the Coffee Division and Director of Marketing
Jackson stated, “Hillandale has had tremendous success over the past several years and I hope to continue the growth trajectory we are currently on while inspiring the talented employees who call Hillandale their work home.”
“The growth outlook is strong, with strategically-located operating facilities, further plans for investment and a leading role in maintaining quality standards in our industry,” continued Jackson.
Jackson obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a master’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology in business administration.
