How much more could a company grow with the power of artificial intelligence (AI) at its back?

Northern Europe-based company, Atria Group, is looking to find out by utilizing the services of AI company, Stravito. Stravito is a knowledge management solution that democratizes access to market research and insights across an organization, according to the Swedish company’s website.

But what does that mean for an agrifood business like Atria?

AI has centralized Atria’s consumer insights and market analysis data on a platform accessible to all employees – the goal being that all departments, especially sales and marketing, are kept up to date and on the same page in regards to consumer trends.

“Stravito has helped bring attention to the fact that we have a lot of insights, which helped increase interest in finding out more about our consumers and shoppers. Employees across marketing, sales and innovation now use Stravito,” said Stefan Holmsten, market insight manager at Atria. “On the one hand, we lacked a system for disseminating all insights to our employees, but we also lacked the time to present and inform about all insights.”

Features that have been to key to Atria’s operations are Collections, which sorts information based on selected categories, and Home View, which allows easy access to the most recent reports.

“It was amazingly smooth. With Stravito doing most of the work, the implementation was so easy that I can barely remember it,” said Rebecka Thulin, consumer insight and market analyst at Atria. “By making the reports available in Stravito, we get more out of the research. The research is made available to everyone in the organization.”

Atria Group is among Europe’s leading poultry producers, according to the WATTPoultry.com Top Poultry Companies survey, with 43 million head slaughtered annually.
