In conjunction with the International Poultry Expo 2010 in Atlanta, more than 40 restaurants in the Atlanta metropolitan area will compete for “best of” awards in the city’s first FeatherFest, January 22–28. Awards will be given in the categories of best culinary poultry and egg appetizer, entrée and dessert.
The U.S. Poultry and Egg Association and the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau are promoting the event. Expo attendees and Atlanta residents can cast their votes at the visitors bureau Web site or at voting kiosks on the expo show floor at the Georgia World Congress Center.
FeatherFest winners will be announced on the final day of the International Poultry Expo, Friday, January 29.
