Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce Ro Khanna presented the details of the president’s new National Export Initiative in Des Moines, Iowa, at the headquarters of animal and human nutrition company Insta-Pro International. The goal of the program is to double U.S. exports in five years, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce. The program was simultaneously launched in nine locations throughout the United States.
The department also recognized Insta-Pro with an Export Achievement Certificate to acknowledge the company’s success in exporting its products to more than 100 countries.
