The American Egg Board was one of seven partners recently honored for 10 years of participation in the Partnership for Food Safety Education.
Shelley Feist, executive director of the partnership, said that “the enduring commitment of these organizations, together with the federal government and consumer advocates, has enabled the partnership to teach million of Americans of all ages the essential measures to keep their food safe.” The Partnership for Food Safety Education promotes Fight BAC!, Be Food Safe and other programs promoting public health.
