Pas Reform announces projects in Asia, Europe

Opens new service center in southern India

Pas Reform is launching a new service center and projects department in Udumalpet, Tamil Nadu, in the south of India.

“The hatchery sector is growing rapidly in India, and our customers here will have access to rapid, on-the-ground support,” said Tan Ee Seng, Asia sales director of Pas Reform Hatchery Technologies. The projects department will provide consultation, advisory and design services.

In conjunction with the opening, Pas Reform announced two new projects in Asia. In the first, Iran’s Mirza Kochekkhan Co. has commissioned Pas Reform for the installation of Smart hatchery technologies at its family-owned and run parent-stock hatchery in Some Sara, Iran. The installation includes SmartSet setters, SmartHatch hatchers, egg transfer equipment and a hatchery climate control system.

The second project involves the first Novogen layer grandparent farm and hatchery in Bangladesh, owned by Paragon Agro Limited, a division of integrated poultry producer Paragon. The hatchery will produce, market and distribute both brown and white layer parent stock using Smart incubators, hatchers and climate control from Pas Reform
According to the Paragon Group’s managing director, Moshiur Rahman, the availability of locally produced layer parent stock will lower egg prices in Bangladesh, boosting demand by 35%-40%.

In other news, Pas Reform announced integrated poultry producer Granja Crusvi has become the first Spanish customer for its SmartPro hatcher system, launched earlier this year.
