Aova, J&Y join to sell in China

Aova Technologies Inc. and J&Y World Solutions LLC have joined to form AG Solutions in China. The new venture, located in China, will introduce Aova’s “Big” animal line to the expanding Chinese market. These supplements aim to aid gut health in birds, pigs, cattle and fish.

Under the deal AG Solutions will market, sell and manufacture these products. Aova is a private biotechnology company in Madison, Wis. J&Y World Solutions is an Arizona market development firm that helps U.S.-based companies establish a presence in China.
