Research: Organic, conventional food nearly the same nutritionally

Review shows little nutritional difference from conventional

Reuters Health reported that a new research review shows little difference in nutritional content between organic and conventional food. In its review, researchers at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Health found no proof that organic food had significant nutrient difference from conventional counterparts.

Published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, the review is the latest evidence of this kind. Researchers found a dozen studies that they thought fairly tested organic foods’ healthfulness.
