The Minitube Group has formed Minitube International, a holding company to serve as an umbrella organization for all of its artificial reproduction technology and related biotechnology units. The new structure will enable Minitube companies to serve respective markets with increased capabilities, the company said.
Minitube said growth in recent years made this step important for alignment of strategy, and to better use capabilities and expertise in the company. With the restructuring, the company launched a new logo and website.
