After a challenging year, pork producers are once again profitable and the industry is on its way to a full recovery. During the 2010 World Pork Expo, June 9-11 in Des Moines at the Iowa State Fairgrounds WATT editors scoured the show and gathered the trends driving the international pork industry.

The industry's upbeat attitude resulted in 20,000 pork producers and 400 exhibitors at the show. Watch 19 videos that cover pork production trends, international trade, nutrition, feed, regulations, health, animal welfare and don’t miss a day at the pig races.

World Pork Expo 2011 will be held June 8-10 in Des Moines at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
