Boparan Holdings Limited subsidiary 2 Sisters announced that it has completed its purchase of Dutch poultry business the Storteboom Group. The acquisition expands the UK private food businesses and supports its expansion into Central Europe.
2 Sisters was established in 1993, and its annual sales exceed £750 million. Storteboom Group is a poultry processing business, employing more than 1,200 employees in Holland and Poland.
