International registration is open for World Ag Expo 2011. The event, which last year attracted 1,100 international attendees, is scheduled for Feb. 8-10, 2011, in Tulare, Calif.
Begin the registration process online by answering a list of questions, which will generate a Letter of Invitation. When the process is complete, the letter can be used as evidence for immigration officials to issue a passport.
