Crest Flavors, Inc. has completed its move from Grandview, Mo., to Carol Stream, Ill.
The transition began at the end of 2009, when Premium Ingredients International (PII) purchased Crest Flavors and started the process of relocating all animal feed flavor production. "We are pleased to have completed this major part of the Crest animal feed flavors strategy," said Don Thorp, president of PII. "With a larger manufacturing facility and technology personnel familiar with the livestock and pet food industry, we are on-target to achieve the Crest Flavors growth strategy."
The new location has separate rooms for liquid and dry manufacturing, a full laboratory for testing and product development and a full production team with quality control and product development personnel.
