The Animal Rights 2010 National Conference was held in Washington, D.C. from July 15 through 19.
The event set a new conference attendance record, with more than 1,000 participants and visitors coming from all over the U.S. and eight other countries. Topics covered in the various workshops and panels included how to market the anti-cruelty message, animal abuse in various industries and how to navigate legislation.
