Evialis currently operates out of two locations in central-north Poland and employs 80 people; commercial and production activities will be integrated with De Heus' own operations. De Heus executives said this acquisition fits in with the company's growth strategy, which focuses on creating a strong local presence and growth in markets with a high agricultural potential.
