The keynote presentation from speaker Menachem Lubinsky will focus on the state of the kosher industry and is scheduled for Oct. 26 from 9-9:45 a.m. and will address questions including the following. What are the new opportunities to capture the attention of younger kosher food consumers? How can the repositioning of traditional kosher foods help the bottom line?
