Sealed Air held its second annual foodservice forum on Sept. 8 and 9 at its Packforum Americas facility in Georgia.

Food processors and foodservice operators came to hear industry experts speak on a number of topics, including trends in menu innovation, labor and employment law and sustainability. Speakers included labor law expert Calvin W. Blackburn III, who delivered the keynote address, and DFW Consulting President Paul Schlossberg, who conducted a session on entering the takeout and vending markets through packaging innovations.

"This event was a chance for our guests to interact with and share ideas about how trends and technology can help foodservice operators," said Susan Edwards, foodservice manager and corporate chef for Sealed Air. "The best way to make sure we are advancing in every way possible is to participate in the sharing of ideas we can adapt."
