Agromek will be held from Tuesday 30th November to Friday 3rd December at the MCH Exhibition Centre in Herning, Denmark.

Last year, the event did not include machines for arable farming, however, this year, there will be complete ranges of both machines and implements for arable farming, as well as technology, installations and production aids for livestock farming.

Agromek’s exhibition manager Jan T Pederson comments: “Agromek is back in its original form. Once again, all farmers – both arable and livestock – can gain inspiration and innovative ideas from attending the exhibition.”

He continued that the exhibition would involve 460 exhibitors in 13 exhibition halls, making Agromek the largest exhibition of agricultural machinery in Northern Europe.

A new feature this year will be the “Dealers Point”, located in Hall C.

Director Michael Husfeldt, of the Association of Danish Agricultural Machinery Dealers says: “This is a new initiative which we look forward to being able to offer to domestic and foreign machine dealers. This venue will function as a lounge area serving coffee, refreshments and fruit and will include meeting facilities as it will be possible to make reservations for meeting rooms.”

AgroMatch will also be a feature of this year’s event, designed for all those involved in the field of biomass for energy.

AgroMatch will provide opportunities for holding brief meetings with relevant parties on the special match-making stand. There will also be guided tours, twice every day, to the stands of between six and eight exhibitors at Agromek who operate in the field of biomass for energy.

The match-making meetings will be held at the Enterprise Europe Networks stand in Hall D on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd December.
